Returns & Refunds

Because our products are formulated for animal care, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.


Retail Orders

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact info@camelidwellness.com before sending any items back.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when reaching out.


Wholesale Orders

All wholesale sales are final.

If there is an issue with shipping damage or an order error, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
